- Complete Registration and
US-Swimming Forms (PDF or
DOC)
- Swimmers new to US-Swimming
must provide a copy of their birth certificate.
- All paperwork and complete
payment must be submitted prior to participation in any GMAC practice or
event.
- Must "join yahoo groups" for ongoing,
pertinent team information, last minute updates, emergency
cancellations.
